Between your payment and the goods in your hands there are five stages. Here is what happens in each, and where the tracking comes from.

We place purchase orders with each supplier and the goods travel to our China consolidation warehouse. One cart with several suppliers becomes several purchase orders, each progressing independently.
At the warehouseTracking from Qiangge Logistics
On arrival we count, inspect and photograph the goods, carry out any value-added services you selected, then consolidate for loading. How long this takes depends on the slowest supplier.

The dividing line between the first two stages is arrival at the China warehouse. Before that, tracking comes from 1688; after it, from the logistics operator. These are two independent sources of truth, stitched together at the moment of arrival — which is why during sourcing you see the supplier's domestic courier details rather than an international waybill number.
Normally 7–15 days to Malaysia once the shipment leaves the China warehouse. That range excludes the supplier's own preparation and dispatch time, which depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order — the dispatch guarantee on the product page (for example "ships within 48 hours") is the supplier's own commitment.
Around Chinese New Year, factories and logistics typically halt for two to three consecutive weeks; Labour Day and National Day each add several days. Suppliers may delay dispatch or stop taking orders, and overall lead times stretch noticeably.
International freight is charged on chargeable weight — the greater of actual and volumetric weight — estimated at checkout from your order. Once the goods are weighed at the China warehouse, the difference is refunded or collected and shown on the order page. Products without dimension and weight data are marked as estimated: those figures are conservative, not final.
The ringgit figure at checkout is the total you pay. It covers the goods, domestic freight, international freight, any value-added services and our service fee. The "from CN¥X" on the product page is the yuan wholesale price on 1688 — the goods portion only.
